Blackbaud Launches Program for International NGOs

Blackbaud, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLKB) has launched its Global Account Program, an initiative that streamlines service and support of  international non-governmental organizations (iNGOs).

"Through our new Global Account Program, we work closely with top global enterprise customers to help align their operations worldwide; implement best practices; adopt efficient, money-saving strategies; and boost fundraising performance," said Brad Holman, president of Blackbaud's International Business Unit. "The Global Account Program is a true partnership where we deeply engage in our customers' operations to support their growth and success."

The Global Account Program began in 2010 as a pilot program. Based on the success achieved with a small group of customers, Blackbaud is rolling out the program to more customers and prospects, dedicating global resources to ensure the success for its largest international customers.

Blackbaud's Global Account Program comprises the world's top aid and activist organizations, including the following iNGOs:

➢    GreenPeace International
➢    Save the Children
➢    UNICEF
➢    World Wildlife Fund
➢    CARE
➢    OXFAM International
➢    Amnesty International
➢    World Vision International
➢    Plan International

"Through this program, Blackbaud is helping us run our complex, multi-national operation much more efficiently and take advantage of every opportunity to expand our donor base and financial resources," said Mark Banbury, acting chief information officer for Plan International.  "With its global reach and solutions, like constituent relationship management and benchmarking, Blackbaud is uniquely positioned to offer advanced technology, proactive customer service and expert support to dynamic, multi-national organizations like ours."

Global resources are key to program's value
Blackbaud offers high-caliber service with global resources from offices in London, Glasgow, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, and Sydney, and a dedicated team of Global Account Program managers. The Global Accounts team collaborates with each of the program's iNGOs to develop the right account plan and strategy to maximize their fundraising opportunities.

Blackbaud's global offerings include powerful nonprofit technology solutions, including enterprise constituent relationship management for fostering strong, lifelong donor relationships, and donor analytics and benchmarking, which allow enterprise customers to better understand how their efforts compare to other similar nonprofits and what action plans will improve their effectiveness.
