Data-Systems International Announces HMIS-Compliant ClientTrack™ Software

Data-Systems International (DSI), the leading provider of human service technology solutions, has announced the release of CT Essential for HMISTM for communities and organizations participating in a local Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).

While DSI has provided HMIS-compliant solutions to hundreds of homeless service providers since the introduction of HMIS, the announcement of CT Essential for HMIS represents DSI's commitment to providing communities with a powerful solution designed to meet the dynamic requirements identified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) quickly and easily. CT Essential for HMIS can be deployed in less than 45 days and, just as importantly, the solution is automatically updated over time as HUD's requirements for HMIS participation evolve.

CT Essential for HMIS provides all HUD-required data collection needs, reports, and technical security requirements in support of an HMIS. With CT Essential for HMIS, organizations are covered immediately with all required forms, business rules, and workflows for the collection of required data in an easy-to-use manner that ensures data quality during collection. At the push of a button, care providers or continuum of care (CoC) stakeholders can generate required HUD reports such as the Annual Performance Report (APR) for CoC Grant-Funded Programs, Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR), Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing (HPRP) Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) and APR, and the Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) APR. Additionally, users can leverage ClientTrack's groundbreaking ad-hoc reporting suite for analyzing client data and showcasing outcomes to stakeholders and the community, with stunning reports, graphs, and charts.

In addition to all the benefits of CT Essential for HMIS, CT Enterprise solutions offer robust capabilities well beyond HUD's changing requirements. CT Enterprise solutions are tailored to meet the needs of individual communities or organizations. With CT Enterprise, ClientTrack customers are empowered to improve collaboration, enhance organizational efficiencies, and focus on demonstrating outcomes for the individuals they serve.

"In the aftermath of the 'great recession' and resulting housing foreclosure crisis, homelessness in the U.S. has reached epic proportions. Fortunately, there are many fine agencies and organizations who are helping people meet their basic needs and get back on their feet," said Jon Hammarstrom, DSI president. "ClientTrack software is designed to capture and manage specific HUD criteria and automatically generate the reports HUD requires in support of the HMIS or in order to support an application for the CoC grants. By automating and managing tedious data management and reporting tasks, ClientTrack frees care providers to spend their time delivering services to their clients."

Both systems provide a single database of client information across multiple organizations and support an array of programs, providers, and services, enabling care providers to collaborate in a client-centric way to provide food, clothing, temporary housing, legal assistance, veterans' benefits, mental illness services, medical care, and more. The system enables quick and complete intakes for new or returning clients, with support for barcodes or scan cards to speed up check-in.

CT Essential for HMIS and CT Enterprise are both available now. For more information or to set up a demonstration, please visitwww.clienttrack.com/HMIS.aspx, or call 888 449 6328.
