Holiday Giving Goes Digital with Nadanu

'Tis the season for bell ringers with red buckets asking for donations - but giving-on-the-go this year is no longer limited to just the change in your pocket. At the forefront of digital donations is Nadanu, an online and mobile fundraising service. The digital platform makes giving simple, inspiring and extremely accessible for the 90 percent of Americans who plan to donate to charity this holiday season, according to a new survey from the American Red Cross.

In spite of the economic downturn, Americans are entering this holiday season willing to support charities in one of two ways - with 62 percent planning to dig deep into their own wallets and nearly 40 percent talking with others about donating to charity instead of buying them a gift, according to the survey.

Of the 1.5 million charities in the U.S., more than 1,200 have already signed up for Nadanu's easy-to-use service, giving donors the ability to access and contribute to organizations 24/7 from the convenience of their mobile phone, Facebook or website.

"Through Nadanu's online and mobile technology, we have seen a 5-percent increase in donations since launching four months ago," says Rick Powers, Jr. from Grace Baptist Church. "The best part, it was so easy to set up right out of the box that we were able to launch our donor site in less than 30 minutes!"

Creating an uncomplicated way to give with minimum effort will increase donations and encourage giving, more often. Nadanu invites everyone to explore its products and try its technology as the holiday giving season ramps up.
