Innogive Announces Scholarships for Nonprofits to Attend Mobile Giving Conference

MobileCause, a mobile giving provider, and Network for Good, co-hosts of Innogive announced today thatPayPal will be providing 150 full scholarships for nonprofits to attend the upcoming 2012 Innogive Conference. Attendees will learn about mobile and innovative giving ideas to help nonprofits reduce the mobile learning curve and increase the use and effectiveness of nonprofit technology campaigns.

Attendees from nonprofits which are IRS registered 501(c)(3) must submit their information by March 7, 2012, to http://www.innogive.org/scholarship.html. The grant from PayPal will provide nonprofits free attendance to the conference. The scholarship covers the Innogive Conference attendance and recipients are responsible for travel and accommodations to attend the event to learn more about mobile technology. The additional conference sponsors include: Microsoft, Razoo, Wealth Engine, Truist, and Brushfire Mobile.

Hosted on April 2nd, 2012, in San Francisco at the Union Square Hilton, the Innogive Conference will educate attendees on the subjects of mobile and social engagement, fundraising, and data management. It will also review the evolution of text to give mobile giving to mobile giving which has no donation limits. The conference will also look at the convergence of mobile, social and web and how nonprofit organizations should harness this convergence.  The event has played to a sold-out audience the last two years in a row and attracts nonprofits from all sectors and from across the country. Top technology, mobile, social and nonprofit experts are scheduled to present best practices and be available to help nonprofit professionals start, improve and strategize an effective mobile plan.
