Boardable Announces New App to Help Board Members Stay Engaged

Boardable, an online board management platform, announces the release of their new mobile app. The new app will work in tandem with their current web-based board management software and will allow users to prepare for board meetings from anywhere in the world by allowing them to review documents, access agendas, and complete open tasks and polls directly from their mobile devices.

The new mobile app will be directly focused on improving board engagement. It will help increase communication between the staff and other board members, and enable users to respond to and complete tasks right away from their phones. “The Boardable app tackles a huge priority for us of offering tools that allow board members to be more engaged with their team,” says Krista Martin, director of product at Boardable. “This app will allow users to implement calendar and maps integrations, and view documents offline. The ability to access all documents in one central location is key to keeping a board connected and engaged, which is the backbone of all we do at Boardable.”

“Nonprofit boards are fulfilling important missions around the world, and Boardable wants to be there to help them build a superior board experience,” says Jeb Banner, CEO of Boardable. “We know that your board members are busy, and this new app will help them maximize their time and service.”

Boardable recently announced the completion of a $1 million seed round from High Alpha Capital. Money raised during this round helped with building the mobile app, and will continue to support Boardable’s plans of increasing talent, marketing, sales, and product development.

The app is available to iOS and Android users. To download, visit the App Store or the Google Play store. For more information about Boardable, visit www.boardable.com.
