My Opinion
The word that comes to mind to describe Donor Strategies MissionAssist software is cumbersome. This is a basic fundraising management system. It takes a little time to learn how to navigate through the different modules. My first clue that this would be a time consuming adventure was the 101 page manual that was included with the software. The menus are not well designed and it is a little confusing when you first start using the software. The screens are a bit messy for my tastes, too many different icons makes it a little intimidating when you first go into a module. However, once I got use to the layout and menus it has a lot of useful features such as; the ability to compile detailed information, which included demographic and biographical information on donors and members. Overall MissionAssist has a lot of useful functions and features it just takes awhile to learn how to use them.
