Unfortunately, hundreds have to stay there long term, even through the summer. Summer is a time where kids should be out having fun. These kids are not always able to enjoy summer due to financial restrictions, time and health reasons.

With over 550 staff and 100 volunteers, Wood’s Homes provide 35 programs and services for 20,000 children and their families each year.  For years, like many of its counterparts, the largest and most well-known non-profit organization in Canada executed its budgeting and planning process by relying on traditional spreadsheets.
