Gabriel Group announces their recent Planned Giving mailing of 20,000 pieces for The Salvation Army- Midland Division generated 581 Planned Giving leads. That is a 2.91% lead response rate. "Almost a 3% Planned Giving lead response rate is nearly impossible to achieve in normal Planned Giving mailings," said Renee Durnin, CFRE at Gabriel Group. "Many components made this mailing successful including: the package was a 2-way dialogue with the donor, the use of Gabriel Group's Planned Giving scoring to mail to the right PG target audience, and the pieces were mailed during the summer months when elderly are often inside due to heat."
