 Araize FastFund Raising Nonprofit Fundraising Software (www.araize.com) is a comprehensive donor management software that is easy to use and maintain. It has integrated modules that handle all aspects of donor management for a small to medium sized nonprofit organization. The software has user defined codes which makes it customizable. You can assign attributes, roles, relationships and any other user defined codes. The system is flexible and allows the codes to be alpha, numeric or both. It also has multiple user capabilities.
In Use The Account Management module allows an organization to track all accounts, including cash, pledge, gift and expenses. It allows the user to enter detailed information for both individuals and organizations. There is a built in query builder that allows you to easily create queries for exporting data for mail merges and reports. Virtually every field in the database is searchable, sortable and exportable.
FastFund Raising is Window-based software that can be installed on a single workstation or on a network. There are services available for the technology staff at Araize to do network installations and trouble shooting. Ease of use, configuration, and deployment The system is easy to use, configure, and to deploy. All new users receive 90 days of free toll free telephone support. Remote connection support enables the technical support team to connect remotely to your system to help repair problems with data and network problems.
The FastFund Raising software has multiple modules that have a variety of different time saving tools such as the dupicate donor check and the ability to add donors on the fly. This software makes it easy to deactivate donors which will help streamline the administrative process.There is a batch entry mode that make entering names in the database a breeze. My Opinion FastFund Raising is a versatile and complete donor management software for small to medium sized nonprofit organizations. It is easy to use and offers many built in features and time saving technology. I was impressed with the ease of use and the many different modules. It had many customizable reports including revenue and expense reports. This would fit the needs of most small to medium size non profit organizations. | ||||||||

We did purchase the software and I very happy with its performance, the ease of tracking multiple grants in the accounting module is great. The technical support is top notch. I would highly recommend this software if you are looking for better performance with your accounting and fundraising software in your not for profit.
