Easy-Ware’sTotal Info Nonprofit Software (www.easy-ware.com ) is a totally integrated solution to assist you in running your nonprofit organization. Total Info allows you to do box office, direct mailing, and event management all from one source. The user is able to track contributions, constituents, communications and contacts. This is a user friendly all-in-one solution.
In Use
Ease of use, configuration, and deployment Total Info is user friendly and will run on most computers that are already used in your organization. If you are implementing a multi user system, the technical experts at Easy-Ware will advise you on how to deploy the system. Total Info is easy to use and there are a variety of training materials and resources available.
Total Info allows the users to collect and track all donor and fundraising information using one system. It has comprehensive fundraising capabilities to handle all types of donations including pledges, memorial gifts, grants and product sales. This software can also assist with auctions and events, including ticket sales, refunds and gift certificates. This software is specifically designed to assist in all aspects of running a small to medium sized nonprofit organization. The pricing for Total Info for a single user version is $795; the two user version is $1,595. This includes unlimited records, unlimited users and all functionality. This is a onetime license fee and the only thing that will have to be paid for in the future is annual support, any data conversion or training.

My Opinion Total Info is a comprehensive system for small to medium sized nonprofit organizations. I was impressed by all this software could do and how easy it was to use. The software is customizable and it is easy to navigate through the entire system. If your organization is looking for a reliable all in one solution I would recommend Total Info. | |||
