Advanced Solutions International (ASI) (http://www.advsol.com ) iMIS 15 is the latest version of iMIS, which is upgradeable, web-based software for non-profit organizations. The iMIS 15 uses advanced technology including Microsoft’s’ .NET development platform.
This technology gives is flexibility and allows more users greater access. iMIS has the ability to help with data collection, including managing member, donor and customer information. The iMIS 15 is a multi-module system which can help with relationship management, marketing, communication, and commerce. In Use This software can be customized for multiple users' individual needs which can range from full access to simplified access. The iMIS 15 is designed for medium to large non-profit organizations, and allows the organization to maintain a solid customer base by providing access to billing and dues payments, activity logs and fundraising efforts. This software lets you integrate all the marketing efforts in one place. This system was first developed about 9 years ago, and is always being updated with features and tools which are updated by incorporating client suggestions and feedback. A unique feature of this is you can easily manage your website, by allowing designated staff to create and publish web content and allow access by users. This software gives you the ability to manage membership dues and subscriptions, fundraising, event registration and product sales. The accounting is easy to setup and fully integrates with most full accounting systems. Technology employed The iMIS 15 is a web-based application which is a design to perform on a single, comprehensive database optimized for performance, and a centralized toolset from which all applications are built. The database and centralized toolset, called the iMIS System Architect, or iSA, provides you with an optimized storage and retrieval system for data allowing you to collect, manage, and analyze your information in as many ways as you like. This software is installed in your organization by ASI technicians who help you customize and optimize the iMIS 15 to fit the exact specifications you require. It is a web server based application which can be accessed via the internet. Ease of use, configuration, and deployment Access to iMIS is based on individual user needs and can be individually configured for executives, staff professionals, volunteers, members, donors, and other constituents. Specific views allow all associates to become users of iMIS 15, which provides greater opportunities for relationship management, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. The iMIS 15 is designed to provide users with the control to design and customize their system to meet their individual requirements through the introduction of tool-based applications. It is designed well and is easy to use. Because it is web-based, your system will be updated or upgraded when new features become available. The design of this system is all inclusive, so whenever data is entered, the database is automatically updated throughout the organization. Recap To support the needs of larger non-profit organizations, iMIS 15 provides a broad range of relationship management, marketing communications, commerce, and business intelligence capabilities. The iMIS 15 allows non-profits organizations to manage their customer relationships across all functional areas, including their website. The initial cost and the purchasing of user licenses varies for each individual business. The cost includes onsite installation and training. Advantages
Disadvantages
My Opinion The iMIS 15 is a multi- module system and is loaded with features and tools for everything imaginable. ASI provides on site installing and training. The great thing about this system is the way it is customizable for each individual non-profit organization. This would be the ideal system for a large multi-faceted organization. | |||
