Arts People Joins Neon One

Neon One has added ticketing provider Arts People to its growing technology ecosystem, deepening its ability to build capacity through software and services for mission-driven organizations.

Arts People enables organizations with an innovative ticketing, reserved seating, membership and class enrollment platform. Founded in 2006, it has helped thousands of organizations sell nearly 30 million tickets with a total value of over $525 million. Organizations that are powered by Neon One will soon be able to integrate these advanced event management tools into their existing solutions.

In addition to Arts People, the Neon One product suite includes: Neon, an “all-in-one” cloud-based data management platform and full service web studio; Rallybound, a digital fundraising platform specializing in peer-to-peer solutions; and CiviCore, providing both giving event and client and case management solutions. Together, Neon One’s products have helped over 30,000 organizations raise over $10 billion to date.

“Arts organizations recognize the powerful ripple effect creative work has in their communities and the world. By joining Neon One, Arts People will expand its ability to drive support for performances, especially with Neon One’s fundraising and data management platforms,” said Heather Blackbird, General Manager of Arts People.

“Arts People has done amazing work within the performing arts community, creating a service that is consistently praised by customers,” said Michael Farb, CEO of Neon One. “Adding Arts People to the Neon One ecosystem will not only provide tremendous value for arts organizations, but also provide new technology to other types of organizations that Neon One already serves,” continued Farb.
