It allows you to track memorials, prospects, donors and matching gifts. Donor Records captures all information for nonprofit organizations pertaining to fundraising efforts and donors.


In Use
Donor Records is user friendly and can perform a variety of tasks. There are over 40 standard reports available and it also has the capabilities of creating custom reports or queries. Drop down list boxes give you easy access to donor information. It has a built in word processor, but you can use other programs also. This system keeps a complete contact history for all donors and will send reminders when something is due.


Technology employed
Donor Records is Windows based and can be installed on a single work station or on a network. It is fully integrated with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. The trained staff at Executive Data Systems will be able to advise you on the specific system requirements for your nonprofit organization.

Ease of use, configuration, and deployment
The system is easy to learn and there is a Help system that is searchable with hypertext links and detailed instructions. The system also has tutorials to assist in the learning process. The technical staff can assist with configuration and deployment. The system has a program to import names and addresses. For an additional fee Executive Data System can convert your donor data for you.

My Opinion
Donor Records is a basic easy to use system that will maintain and track all donor and fundraising data in one master database. It has a clean layout and is user friendly. You can easily navigate through the different modules. I was impressed with the reporting system and the error checking features. This is a good system for small to medium sized nonprofit organizations that want a simple and comprehensive fundraising management solution.
