Total Info is designed to run reports, look up information or edit data, all from a single interface. This system is made to make all tasks easier and quicker to perform. There are unlimited custom data fields of any type, batch entry, de-duping tools, and can export data to Word, Excel, Text, HTML, and more. Requirements for using with Windows are a Pentium 4 processor or better, Windows XP, ME, 2000 or 98, at least 512mb of RAM and 100mb available space on the hard drive. If you are using a Macintosh you will need a G4 processor or better, OS X Tiger, 1GB RAM, and 100 Mb of available hard drive space and Virtual PC for Mac v7 or Intel-based Dual Boot Mac.

Ease of use, configuration, and deployment
Total Info is very easily configured and deployed. If you are setting up a multi-user network, system help is available to assist you. This software is compatible with both Windows and Macintosh and can be configured to be used at the same time. Total Info can be interfaced with QuickBooks products and no additional software is required.

My Opinion
Total Info is a great product. It can do all functions necessary for running any size or type of non-profit organization. It is user friendly and has many built in tools and application to make your job easier.

The outstanding thing about this product is the price; I’m not talking just about the cost, which is reasonable. I am talking about what you get for that price. You don’t have to buy any optional modules or features and there is a one-time license fee. The only thing that is additional is the annual support, which is a mere $20 per primary user. This product is not only very easy and multi-functional, it has the best price I have seen so far.
