Ease of use, configuration, and deployment
This is software is easy to use and has the ability to be customized to fit a non-profit organizations specific needs. Policy Patrol is installed and deployed through a Microsoft Exchange server. There are a multitude of manuals and training guides to assist in the configuration and there is also technical support available.

My Opinion
Policy Patrol is an excellent way for nonprofit organizations to control and eliminate incoming spam. This software is full of features which can be customized to fit an organizations specific need. The best thing about this software is that to qualifying non-profit organizations, Red Earth Software will donate a 25 user package at no cost.
