This all encompassing software has customizable spam and phishing protection, email archive functions, attachment compression and tools for adding email disclaimers and signatures. Policy Patrol can help a non-profit organization control and monitor email related issues. The software allows your organization to standardize email communications and gives you the ability to use email messages as promotional tools.


Red Earth Software is donating a 25-user version of Policy Patrol Enterprise to qualifying non-profit organizations through TechSoup Stock, which is an online donation program of TechSoup Global. There are some restrictions, such as your organization has to have a budget less than $5 million and be located in the USA or Canada. This software is easy to use and will ensure a safe work environment by having the ability to screen emails for inappropriate content of both internal and external emails. Ease of use, configuration, and deployment
This is software is easy to use and has the ability to be customized to fit a non-profit organizations specific needs. Policy Patrol is installed and deployed through a Microsoft Exchange server. There are a multitude of manuals and training guides to assist in the configuration and there is also technical support available.

My Opinion
Policy Patrol is an excellent way for nonprofit organizations to control and eliminate incoming spam. This software is full of features which can be customized to fit an organizations specific need. The best thing about this software is that to qualifying non-profit organizations, Red Earth Software will donate a 25 user package at no cost. I think this is a great thing for them to do; especially due to the dismal economy and every little bit helps.
