On July 11, HUD announced that it had added one question to the HPRP APR, which social services organizations must answer in order to continue receiving HUD HPRP funds. DSI went to work immediately to incorporate the new question into the report. As a result of DSI's rapid response, all DSI-hosted ClientTrackTM customers got the update automatically on July 22. (Self-hosted customers may request the update from their account manager.)
"Maintaining compliance with HPRP reporting is critical to our customers. They rely on us to stay ahead of compliance-reporting issues so that they can spend less time worrying about compliance changes and standards, and more time focused on their clients," said Carl Champagne, chief executive officer for DSI. "We got this update finished, reviewed for quality assurance, and ready for customers in less than two weeks - well ahead of the Nov. 30 reporting deadline - so our clients won't miss a beat."
