Truliant Appoints Dollase Associate Director of Board

Truliant Federal Credit Union has appointed Steve Dollase to the role of Associate Director for its Board of Directors. Truliant’s Board of Directors is a volunteer group of business professionals who help guide the future of the credit union. The board uses its expertise to provide guidance to Truliant so the credit union can continue to serve the best interest of its member-owners.

Dollase began serving as a volunteer in 2013 as a member of the Management Committee for Truliances, LLC, Truliant’s wholly-owned subsidiary and credit union service organization. In his new role, he will be one of three Associate Directors on the Truliant Board of Directors.

“Steve brings an impressive career with business and public service institutions. We are excited to have a strong executive leader as our newest associate director,” said Greg Thrush, Truliant’s Chairman of the Board. “He is a retail-industry veteran who’s played a major role in the success of many companies. His talent, knowledge and experience add tremendous value to our Board of Directors.”

Currently the Chief Executive Officer of WANU Water as well as an investor and advisor to a number of emerging companies, Dollase brings more than three decades of business-management experience to Truliant’s board. He formerly served as President of Inmar’s Supply Chain Network and as Inmar’s Chief Strategy Officer.

Dollase started his career in the United States Navy as a senior supply-chain and business officer, serving in a variety of operational and business roles, including multiple combat tours. After retiring with the rank of Commander, he worked as a strategic consultant for McKinsey and Deloitte consulting firms. He has also served as Senior Vice President of Erickson Living.

In November 2015, Dollase was named Executive-in-Residence at the Wake Forest University School of Business. As one of the founders of the school’s Center for Retail Innovation, he provides guidance and support for the Center and other initiatives at the School of Business.

Dollase received a Bachelor of Science from Valparaiso University, a Master of Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where he serves on the Alumni Board.
