WizeHive Releases New Applicant Manager Product

WizeHive, the award winning collaboration software platform from PivotPoint Software, introduces Applicant Manager, a new product designed to meet the business requirements of specific situations found at foundations, grant providers, scholarship funds, admissions directors and contest managers.

Applicant Manager provides administrators, reviewers and applicants a quick and easy solution to reduce the complexity of submitting, receiving, qualifying, and ranking applications. It brings candidates, reviewers, and stakeholders together into a collaborative Web-based platform without photo-copying, emails or laborious manual processes.

Applicant Manager is based on a web Software as a Service [SaaS] platform that includes on-line forms for application submissions, a secure workspace for ranking and reviewing submissions. It also has a powerful report writer for data mining and historic analysis as well as an email-messaging tool to quickly update groups of users and schedule interviews.

Applicant Manager also provides all the standard WizeHive product features for assigning tasks, storing files associated with applications, and editing these files with others in a collaborative process. Applicant Manager is provided as a monthly service starting at $75/month.

Early versions of Applicant Manager were used in 2009 by DreamIt Ventures and TechCrunch. DreamIt Founder David Bookspan said, "The first year we had hundreds of applications being reviewed by multiple people and collecting and collating the data and dealing with all of the associated e-mails was very difficult. The WizeHive Applicant Manager slashed our administrative time and helped us quickly narrow in on the best candidates."

Heather Harde, CEO of TechCrunch said, "WizeHive really made a difference for us this year. Our ability to easily collect ratings, make notes, and work collaboratively was fantastic. It saved us a huge amount of time in reviewing and organization the applications."
