Charity Dynamics Expands Boundless Fundraising™ Application

Charity Dynamics today announced that nonprofit groups using the company's highly successful online fundraising application, Boundless Fundraising, have now raised more than $30 million directly through the application since it was launched 18 months ago. Approximately half of this amount-$15 million-was sourced through Boundless Fundraising during the spring special event season alone.

Charity Dynamics also has expanded its Boundless Fundraising offering, which now is a suite of online fundraising applications that enable individuals to easily extend their fundraising activities to Facebook®, mobile devices and, most recently, email. More than 60 U.S. charities currently use Boundless Fundraising to increase giving and awareness for their events, including American Cancer Society, Arthritis Foundation, Autism Speaks, and National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Overall, more than 75 percent of the amount sourced through Boundless Fundraising comes from new donors to organizations-making the online solution from Charity Dynamics a significant contributor to any nonprofit's  fundraising efforts.

"Boundless Fundraising allows nonprofits to easily incorporate tried and true best practices for special event fundraising-it enables event participants to reach as many potential donors as possible, and it  automates their ability to make multiple fundraising appeals," said Donna Wilkins, president of Charity Dynamics. "We're thrilled with the success that Boundless Fundraising has achieved throughout the nonprofit marketplace, as well as the impact that it's had on a growing number of organizations in reaching their fundraising goals and fulfilling their missions."

In addition to $30 million raised directly through the application, Boundless Fundraising currently is being used in more than 11,000 events across the country and has been downloaded by more than 685,000 participants.

Email Badges Drive Additional Giving

The newest addition to Charity Dynamics' Boundless Fundraising suite is an online badge that individuals can add to their email signatures. The badge includes an automated fundraising meter that tracks an event participant's fundraising progress, and enables individuals to easily extend a fundraising "ask" to any and all email recipients in their network. Anyone who clicks on the email badge is immediately directed to a participant's individual fundraising page where they can quickly make an online donation.

"Boundless Fundraising opens up new channels for giving and helps event participants become better fundraisers," added Wilkins. "By broadening the Boundless Fundraising suite and enabling individuals to fundraise more effectively on Facebook, their iPhones and now their day-to-day email accounts, participants will be able to connect with more donors, drive more awareness, and raise more money for the nonprofits they support."

"As the event business becomes more crowded and competitive, it's critical for us to be able to provide the latest and greatest technology solutions for the events we produce," said Brian Pendleton, president of CauseForce. "Boundless Fundraising is a fundraiser's dream-not just because it helps increase giving for events, but because it also helps organizations to attract new donors. As an innovative technology partner, Charity Dynamics is always bringing new ideas and new online tools to the table that maximize fundraising and help make our clients' events more successful."
