Premier has features that let you create invitations and track the status of the RSVP invitations.  You can also generate reports on event fundraising results and has a variety of customizable reports including reminder letters, and statistical reports.  This is an all in one multi-featured system that can assist with all aspects of running a nonprofit organization.

Exceed! Premier is user friendly software, and designed so all donor and contact information can be seen on one screen.  This software application includes fund raising and donor management modules to help keep track of all aspects of your nonprofit organization.


This system can be set up on a single workstation, or be used on a network. It also has remote access capabilities, with the purchase of additional add-ons.  It is designed specifically for non-profit organizations, and has been updated over the years by implementing customer feedback and suggestions.  There are add-on modules available to extend the functionality of the software application, including volunteer management, and grant making.  Overall, this software will help you maintain all of your donor and fundraising records, and is compatible with a QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting software. 

Technology employed
The software can be installed on a single user workstation or implemented as a multi-user system.  For single users, the software is compatible with Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista.  It is recommended that you have at least a Pentium III, 500 MHz processor or higher, 128 MB RAM and 200 MB available hard drive space.


The server based version is compatible with Windows 2000, 2003 server and a it is recommended you have Pentium III 500 processor or higher, 512 in the RAM and 500 MB available hard drive space.

Ease of use, configuration, and deployment
Exceed! Premiere is user friendly and easy to install and deploy.  The software is also compatible with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and nonprofit edition 2002 +, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Peachtree accounting software.  It is also compatible with MIP fund management software, Adobe PDF file creation, Auction- tracker, and Bulkmailer.

This is complete full-featured system to help you meet the needs of your nonprofit organization.  It has customizable modules for tracking and keeping donor and fundraising data. Standard report templates are included, which are customizable. You also have the ability to create your own reports. This software is made for small to medium sized non-profit organizations, and can be used by multi-users through a network.

Purchase price varies depending on the number of licenses and add-ons you purchase. For additional cost there is also support and training packages available.

My Opinion
Exceed! Premiere is multi-functional software that is easy to use and can be customizable to fit a nonprofit organization's specific needs.  I was impressed with the variety of different modules and features of the system.  The software was easy to use and designed efficiently.  Last modified on Sunday, 19 May 2013
