Telosa Exceed! Basic Fundraising and Donor Management Software is a compact version of Telosa's fundraising software, designed to meet the needs of a small to medium sized non-profit organization. The Exceed! Basic software is user friendly and allows a small to medium sized non-profit organization to manage donors, prospects, campaigns and mailings easily. This software allows a person to synchronize contacts and appointments with Microsoft Outlook. There is a variety of standard reports and any report can be quickly created using simple menu-driven steps.

This system can be used by multiple users, and has a QuickBooks interface to easily export accounting information. It has the ability to generate mass emails, and a person is able to quickly create envelopes, mailing labels and mail merge letters. This is a multi-module comprehensive fundraising and donor management software that is a complete system to meet the needs of small and medium sized nonprofit organizations.

Technology employed
For a single user or on a work station it is recommended that you use Windows 2000, XP, or Vista. You will need 128 MB RAM, and at least 200MB of available hard drive space. For multi-users on a server it is recommended that you use Windows 2000, or 2003 Server, and have 512 MB RAM and 500MB of available hard drive space.

Ease of use, configuration, and deployment
Exceed! Basic is easy to install by following the step by step instructions included on the CD. An installation wizard will walk you through the configuration and deployment process. Once the software is installed it is very easy to use. There is a list of Navigators down the left hand side which allows you to go to different modules easily and effortlessly. There are online tutorials available to show you how to install and use all of the features.

This software helps to manage donor information, which allows more time to cultivate donor relationships and fundraising efforts. It has many modules and features, including drill down reports, email marketing tools and importer enhancements. My Opinion

Exceed! Basic is simple but comprehensive fundraising and donor management software. It is very easy to use, and the Navigators make it simple to go from one module to another. The design is clean and simple. This is definitely full feature software that can be used by any type of small to medium sized non-profit organization. I was impressed with the ease of use, and really liked the easy to use menus and icons. This software allows an organization to manage both fundraising and donor information in a simple but effective system.
