Total Info allows you to do box office, direct mailing, and event management all from one source. The user is able to track contributions, constituents, communications and contacts. This is a user friendly all-in-one solution.


In Use
Total Info is a full featured application that can handle all aspects of running a nonprofit organization. This software is both an information management system and a fundraising solution. It streamlines your organization's operations through integration with QuickBooks and credit card processing. You can do a variety of things with this software including email marketing, donor management, custom reports and form letters. Total Info allows your entire organization to use the same system and to share and track all data.

Technology employed
Total Info is written for Microsoft Windows and can also be run on a network of Apple computers using a Windows Terminal Server based system. System requirements include Pentium 4 processor or higher, Windows Vista, XP, 2000 or 98. You will need 512 RAM and 500MB of available hard drive space.

The server that hosts Total Info should be at least a Pentium 4 processor and 2.8GHz minimum. Windows 2000 or 2003 Terminal Server is recommended. Total Info is not compatible with Exchange or Small Business Server. Microsoft Office 2003 Professional or better is also required.

Ease of use, configuration, and deployment
Total Info is user friendly and will run on most computers that are already used in your organization. If you are implementing a multi user system, the technical experts at Easy-Ware will advise you on how to deploy the system. Total Info is easy to use and there are a variety of training materials and resources available.

Total Info allows the users to collect and track all donor and fundraising information using one system. It has comprehensive fundraising capabilities to handle all types of donations including pledges, memorial gifts, grants and product sales. This software can also assist with auctions and events, including ticket sales, refunds and gift certificates. This software is specifically designed to assist in all aspects of running a small to medium sized nonprofit organization.

The pricing for Total Info for a single user version is $795; the two user version is $1,595. This includes unlimited records, unlimited users and all functionality. This is a onetime license fee and the only thing that will have to be paid for in the future is annual support, any data conversion or training.

My Opinion
Total Info is a comprehensive system for small to medium sized nonprofit organizations. I was impressed by all this software could do and how easy it was to use. The software is customizable and it is easy to navigate through the entire system. If your organization is looking for a reliable all in one solution I would recommend Total Info.
