According to the New York Times, more than a dozen British institutions have signed up for the National Funding Scheme’s Donate program. The program uses digital technology to attract contributions.

Facebook, Microsoft and Google are facing scrutiny over their pledge to donate funds to child protection agencies, reports The Independent. Despite continued verbal support all three companies are accused of failing to donate significant dollar amounts to the causes.

According to the Wall Street Journal, online auction service provider, Outbid.com, and Angelwish.com have teamed up for the O4C Day of Difference.
