Detroit Symphony Uses Tech to Engage

According to the Nonprofit Quarterly, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra is using technology to engage the community. The DSO is encouraging Detroit residents to download an app (available for ipod and android) that lets them record the sounds of the city. Selected sounds will be included in a piece recorded by the orchestra.
